专利说明:
The invention relates to a 180 ° hinge for plate-shaped furniture parts. For furniture hinges, for example in the form of piano bands are known, which are fastened with screws to the furniture parts and allow the furniture parts from a position in which they lie in a common plane by 180 ° in one position pivot, in which the two furniture parts lie flat on each other. The object of the invention is to provide a hinge of this type, which is particularly inconspicuous in the position in which the furniture parts lie in a common plane and as little as possible over the surface of the furniture parts. This object is achieved according to the invention by two mutually mirror-image extruded profiles, each forming an L- or U-shaped receptacle for an edge of one of the furniture parts and on the recording opposite side have a projecting interrupted by notches profile area in which a Channel is formed for a continuous hinge axis, and by engaging in the notches connecting profiles, each forming two parallel channels for the hinge axes and are pivotable relative to each extruded profile and at least 90 ° about the associated hinge axis. The hinge can be inexpensively produced from strand material and allows using the L- or U-shaped recordings a stable, yet inconspicuous fixation on the furniture parts. In the position in which the furniture parts lie in a common plane, the connecting profiles can be largely recessed in the notches so that they do not or hardly protrude beyond the surface of the furniture parts. When the two furniture parts are folded onto each other, the connecting profiles pivot relative to each furniture part only by 90 °, resulting in a total, for the pivotal movements on both hinge axes together, a swivel angle of 180 ° results. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the dependent claims. If the receptacles for the edges of the furniture parts are U-shaped, preferably a leg is significantly longer than the leg parallel thereto. At the longer leg then the plate-shaped furniture part can be fixed by means of screws or by gluing, for example by means of a double-sided tape, while the shorter leg barely encloses the edge of the furniture part and only serves to form an abutment for the furniture part, so that this can swivel clean into the receptacle and stick to the longer leg, without the shorter leg, which is in the position of use on the visible side of the furniture parts, visually particularly apparent. In an advantageous embodiment, the connection profiles form stops which limit the pivoting range of each extruded profile to 90 °. In the following an embodiment will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. Show it: [0010]<Tb> FIG. 1 <SEP> is a perspective view of a portion of a hinge according to the invention;<Tb> FIG. 2 <SEP> a cross-section of the hinge in a position unfolded by 180 °;<Tb> FIG. 3 <SEP> a cross section of the hinge in another sectional plane; and<Tb> FIG. 4 <SEP> a cross-section through the hinge and two plates held in the hinge in a position in which the plates are folded so that they lie flat on each other. In Fig. 1, a hinge 10 is shown that the mutually parallel edges of two equally thick plates 12 surrounds, which are in Fig. 1, in the extended or unfolded position of the hinge 10, in a common plane. The plates 12 may be, for example, parts of a table top or worktop, for example, parts of a so-called folding insert plate, which are in a position in which the two plates are folded on each other below a continuous tabletop or a continuous worktop of a piece of furniture can be stowed. The plates 12 may for example consist of glass or a wood material. The hinge 10 has two mirror images of each other arranged extruded profiles 14, for example, extruded aluminum or light metal, each forming a U-shaped receptacle 16 for the edge of one of the plates 12. In the example shown, in each case the upper leg of the receptacle 16 is shortened so much relative to the lower leg that the extruded profile as a whole has an almost L-shaped form. The plates 12 are each secured by means of a double-sided adhesive tape 18 on the longer leg of the recording. The extruded profiles 14 each have on the receptacle 16 opposite side a profile region 20 which is flush with the outside of the shorter leg of the receptacle 16 and protrudes to the respective other extruded profile. These profile regions 20 are interrupted on certain longitudinal sections of the hinge by notches 22 and each form a channel with a circular cross-section, through which a hinge axis 24 in the form of a round rod can be pushed. The opposing notches 22 of the two extruded profiles together form a rectangular recess in which a connection profile 26 is received, which almost completely fills the recess. Each connection profile 26 has two parallel channels 24M (FIG. 2) through which the hinge shafts 24 can be inserted so that the extruded profiles 14 and the connection profiles 26 are hinged together by the continuous hinge axes 24. Fig. 2 shows the hinge 10 in a cross section at the location of one of the connecting profiles 26. It can be seen in the connection profile mentioned channels 24 for the hinge axes. The top of the connection profile 26 is flush with the top of the shorter legs of the receptacle 16. On the underside of the connecting profile 26, however, two outwardly bent ribs 28 are formed, which rest against corresponding paragraphs of the extruded profiles 14 and thus prevent the extruded profiles 14 relative to the connecting profiles 26 beyond the position shown in FIG. 2 further down let it pan. The profile regions of the extruded profiles 14, each forming the base leg of the receptacle 16 are formed in the example shown as hollow chamber profiles. Fig. 3 shows a section through the hinge 10 at a location at which the projecting profile portions 20 are located. In the case of the right-hand extruded profile 14, the double-sided adhesive tape 18 is also shown in FIG. 3, and the cross-section of the edge of the plate 12 is indicated by dash-dotted lines. To secure the plate 12 by means of the adhesive tape stable and secure in the receptacle 16, the plate is initially held slightly inclined and hooked with its upper edge under the shorter leg of the recording. Subsequently, the plate is pivoted against the lower leg of the recording until its bottom comes into contact with the tape 18 and is pressed against this tape with leverage. The two extruded profiles 14 are pivotable relative to the connecting profile 26 in each case by 90 ° about the associated hinge axis 24. Fig. 4 shows the hinge 10 in a 180 ° folded position in which the two plates 12 lie flat on each other. The connecting profiles 26 have been pivoted in Fig. 4 relative to the lower extruded profile 14 by 90 ° upwards, and the upper extruded profile has been pivoted relative to the connecting profiles 26 again by 90 °. The pivoting range is limited by the fact that the outer surfaces of the shorter legs of the receptacles 16 and the projecting profile portions 22, which form in FIGS. 2 and 3, the tops of the extruded profiles, abut each other, while the extruded profiles held together by the connecting profiles 26 and the pushed-through hinge axes 24 become. To produce the hinge 10, the extruded profiles 14 are first extruded as continuous material. Since the extruded profiles have identical (mirror-image) profile shapes, only a single tool is required for this purpose. Subsequently, the notches 22 are milled into the projecting profile areas 20. The connecting profiles 26 may be formed of endless strand material, which is then cut to length suitable. In the final assembly then only the rod-shaped hinge axes 24 need to be inserted through the designated channels of the extruded profiles and the connection profiles through. The hinge or its profiles can be cut to any desired length and thus adapted to different mass of the plates 12. A significant advantage of the hinge is that in the position shown in Fig. 1, in which the plates 12 lie with their tops in a common plane, no fasteners such as screws or the like are visible and the hinge in a relatively narrow space between the two plates 12 is housed and practically not projecting above the top of the plates 12. The hinge has a high stability and reliability despite its inconspicuous design.
